A Loaded Series enclosure is a Proline X cabinet that arrives with its subwoofer already mounted, gasket-sealed against the baffle, wired to the terminal cup and tested, so the install is placement and two wires from the amplifier. Loaded is a way of buying rather than a separate build standard: every cabinet in this series belongs to one of the other Proline X series and is built to that series' specification, carrying that series' warranty. The datasheet states which series each loaded cabinet is built on.
The point of buying loaded is that a complete bass build is three matched decisions, the driver, the cabinet for that driver and the wiring, and getting any one of them wrong leaves a system that underperforms the parts. A loaded cabinet settles all three at our bench. The subwoofer is a model the cabinet was solved for, the volume and alignment are the ones that driver wants, and the voice coils are wired to the cup so the impedance the amplifier sees is known before the box leaves Tullahoma.
The line is built on four series. Loaded on Performance Optimized is a driver-matched panel cabinet with V-groove and dado joinery for full-depth drivers such as the Image Dynamics IDMAX. Loaded on Micro is a stack-fabricated shallow cabinet with dowel reinforcement for slim drivers such as the Wavtech thinPRO, JL Audio TW3 and Alpine RSW. Loaded on Professional is the heavier baffle build for high-output drivers. Loaded on Vehicle Specific is a direct-fit behind-seat cabinet for the Ford F-150 and F-250, cut to a named cab and year range, and the two truck generations do not interchange.
Wiring is 12-gauge OFC from the driver to the Proline X ABS and carbon-fiber composite terminal cup, the same cup used across the line. Where a listing offers a coil configuration, that choice sets the load the amplifier sees, and it is the thing most worth checking before ordering, because not every monoblock is stable at every impedance. The amplifier requirement comes from the driver, not the cabinet: match RMS output at the final wired impedance to the driver's RMS rating.
Buy loaded if the driver and the cabinet are being bought together anyway. Buy the bare cabinet from its series page if the driver is already in hand. The driver in a loaded build can be swapped later, since it is mounted on standard hardware, but the cabinet was solved for the labeled model and a different driver puts it outside its alignment. If a cabinet and driver pairing is not listed loaded, ask; it can often be assembled before it ships.
