Installer's take
Measure the space before you order rather than after. The cabinet is 24 inches wide and 14 deep, which is a bigger footprint than people expect from something only six inches tall. Under a rear seat it usually goes; under a front seat it often does not. Check the actual flat run you have, not the space you think you have.
If you run it down firing, the feet lift the cabinet and that gap is the air path. Nothing goes under it. A cargo mat, a jack, a folded blanket pressed against the opening will choke the output and the customer will report the sub sounds dead. If the floor is contoured rather than flat, run it front firing and leave the feet off. That choice is yours at install time, which is why the feet ship separately rather than fitted.
The driver is already mounted to threaded inserts, so if you ever pull it for service the inserts will take repeated removal without stripping. That is the advantage over screws into MDF, which hold well once and progressively worse after that. Your only job here is the amplifier run and securing the cabinet to the vehicle.

Questions
What comes in this system?
A Proline X Micro Series sealed enclosure at 0.60 cubic feet net in plush black, with the Arc Audio A10 already mounted to 8/32 threaded inserts, wired and sealed against the baffle in your chosen D2 or D4 configuration. Polyfill is installed, wiring runs 12 gauge OFC to a recessed Proline X terminal cup, and rubber feet for down fire installation are included. An amplifier, power wire and RCA cables are not included.
Should I choose D2 or D4?
Whichever matches the load your amplifier is stable at. D2 wired parallel gives a 1 ohm final load or 4 ohms in series. D4 wired parallel gives 2 ohms or 8 ohms in series. Most single subwoofer builds run the D4 parallel at 2 ohms. Decide before ordering, because the driver is installed and the cabinet is sealed before it ships.
Do I need an amplifier, and how much power?
Yes. This is a passive enclosure with no amplification built in. Target 200 to 250 watts RMS at your wired impedance from a Class D monoblock. The A10 is rated at 250 watts RMS, so stay in that range. A clean 250 watt amplifier will outperform a clipping 500 watt amplifier on this driver every time. If you are keeping the factory head unit you will also need a line output converter or a DSP with speaker level inputs.
Front firing or down firing?
Either. Rubber feet are included so you decide at install time. Down firing couples output into the vehicle floor and works well in truck cabs, but it needs a flat run of floor with nothing stored under the opening. That gap is the air path, not storage. If the floor is contoured or the space under the cabinet will get used, run it front firing and leave the feet off.
Why 0.60 cubic feet?
Because that is what Arc Audio publishes as the optimum for the A10. Their sealed range is 0.40 to 0.90 cubic feet and 0.60 is the centre of it. Net volume here is calculated by summing each CNC cut layer's opening rather than estimated from external dimensions minus an assumed wall thickness, which is why the figure is exact rather than approximate.
Will this fit under a seat?
Often, but measure first. The cabinet is 6 inches tall, which is the easy part. It is also 24 inches wide and 14 deep, which is a larger footprint than people expect. Under a rear seat it usually goes. Under a front seat it often does not. Check the actual flat run available rather than assuming, and remember to allow clearance for the terminal cup and your amplifier leads.
What is the warranty on this system?
The enclosure carries a 2 year limited warranty on craftsmanship and materials, which is the standard across the Micro Series and Professional Series. Performance and Performance Optimized enclosures carry 1 year. The Arc Audio A10 carries its own manufacturer warranty separately, handled through Arc Audio.
Why does the driver mount to threaded inserts?
Because screws into MDF hold well the first time and progressively worse after that. The baffle carries 8/32 threaded inserts on the back face with stainless machine screws supplied, so the driver mounts to steel rather than into board. That gives consistent clamping force at every mounting point and lets the driver come out and go back in cleanly at any service interval without stripping the hole.
