Installer's take

0.65 cubic feet, Qtc 0.819, F3 39.0 Hz, the same airspace as the EVO 2410 wedge.

Measure the installed height, not the cabinet height: 5.68 tall on its own, 7.43 with the standoffs on the 30 by 15 footprint.

Floor slot is 0.89 times the cone area at the 1.75 standoff, a little under the 1.0 I like; taller feet fix it if the floor allows.

The EVO's figures are not from an Audiomobile sheet; the set used is the one that agrees with the driver's 207 gram moving mass.

No published bolt circle, so the inserts ship in the kit: mark from the driver, drill, press. Sealed, so leave the polyfill as it is and run 350 to 500 watts.

Questions

Does this fit the Audiomobile EVO 2410, and will any other 10 inch fit?

The EVO 2410, yes, in the S4 or D4 version. The baffle is cut to 9.2 in, the same cutout as Audiomobile's GT2 10, under the 10.65 in frame. The 3.90 inch motor clears the cabinet with 1.03 inch to spare.

Any other 10, no. The airspace is engineered around the EVO 2410's own Qts and Vas, and a different woofer that happened to drop into the hole would not see the alignment printed on this page.

Why 0.65 cubic feet, and what alignment does it target?

0.65 cubic feet net: the EVO 2410 reads Qtc 0.819 with resonance at 44.2 Hz and half power at 39.0 Hz. That is a touch above maximally flat: firm and punchy with a small lift near resonance.

Cabinet gain in a vehicle lifts the bottom end further, so in the car this reads deeper than the anechoic figures.

What amplifier power should I run, and how should I wire it?

Audiomobile rates the EVO 2410 at 500 watts RMS, so target 350 to 500 watts RMS at the final load.

The single 4 ohm EVO 2410 is a 4 ohm load; the dual 4 ohm version gives 8 ohms in series or 2 ohms in parallel. Confirm your amplifier's minimum stable impedance first.

How tall is this once the standoffs are on?

The cabinet is 5.68 inches tall measured in the down fire position, and that figure excludes the standoffs. The standoffs hold 1.75 inches under the baffle, so plan your space around a finished stack of roughly 7.43 inches.

The footprint is the standard Performance Optimized down fire platform, 30.00 inches wide by 15.00 deep. Height is the only dimension solved to the driver.

Why is the front baffle double-layered?

The baffle is two bonded 3/4 inch sheets, 1.5 inches through. A single 3/4 inch panel flexes under the pressure a 10 inch woofer puts on it at 500 watts, which smears output and works the driver loose over time; the second layer stiffens the face and gives the mounting hardware twice the material to bite.

The outer layer is machined as a flush recess to Audiomobile's 10.65 inch frame, so the driver bolts to the inner layer.

What is the expected low-frequency extension?

Anechoic F3 is 39.0 Hz. Above Qtc 0.707 F3 sits below fc, so the response carries a small lift near resonance before it rolls off.

Those figures exclude cabin gain. In a car the cabin's transfer function adds real output below 50 Hz, so in-vehicle response runs deeper than the numbers above.

Do I need to add polyfill or damping?

No. Polyfill is already installed as a light wall lining to control internal reflections, and the quantity is chosen so it does not change the acoustic volume.

Do not add more. Packing a sealed box with fill makes it behave as though it were larger, which walks the alignment away from the 0.65 cubic feet this cabinet was built to.

Is the driver included, and are the threaded inserts installed?

No driver. This is an enclosure only. You receive the cabinet finished in plush black carpet, one side-mounted pre-wired terminal cup, the polyfill lining already in place, the standoffs, and a threaded insert kit with stainless machine screws.

The inserts ship loose on purpose: Audiomobile prints no bolt circle for the EVO 2410, so you set the driver in the recess, mark its holes, drill and press the inserts. The Audiomobile EVO 2410 is purchased separately, and the cabinet is cut direct fit to it, not a general purpose 10 inch box.
