Kicker's own alignment for the L7X 8 lands F3 at 32.2 Hz on this airspace, and the port stays under the chuff threshold up to 343 W, above which the mouth velocity crosses Kicker's own reference. We do not build a sealed enclosure for the Kicker Solo-Baric L7X 8 and Kicker publish no sealed volume for it, so the Performance Graphs tab carries no ported-versus-sealed chart: the only sealed box left to plot would be this cabinet stuffed and sealed, which nobody would build, and a comparison against it would tell you nothing you could buy. What a vented box gives up is the region below tuning, where the cone unloads and the 31 Hz subsonic filter takes over; around 39.0 Hz the vent carries the load and cone travel drops to its minimum, which no sealed alignment can do.

No. This is an enclosure only, cut for the Kicker Solo-Baric L7X 8 specifically: the 7.312 inch cutout and the 7.938 inch mounting depth allowance come from Kicker's published parameters. The baffle cutout is machined to the L7X square frame and is not cross-compatible with round drivers. Bring your own driver.
